For its 5th year, Wynwood Pride returned to Oasis Wynwood for a one-day blowout music festival filled with dancing, performances, and queer celebration. Headlined by pop icon Tinashe and nightlife sensation Ty Sunderland, the event united top-tier talent across music, drag, and culture. Beloved Miami queen Athena Dion hosted alongside Chicago legend Miss Toto, with a stacked lineup of electrifying performances from some of the most celebrated drag artists in the country. The 2023 edition honored Wynwood Pride’s roots in music, community, and radical joy—while continuing to uplift LGBTQ+ voices through art, nightlife, and advocacy. In addition to the main event, the full month was activated with special events and takeovers at Miami’s favorite cultural and nightlife venues.
PHILANTHROPY
Proceeds from the festival directly supported local and national LGBTQ+ creatives. Throughout the month of June, Wynwood Pride proudly booked over 200 queer artists, DJs, performers, and producers—providing visibility, opportunity, and economic support to the community it serves.
VISIBILITY
The 5th Annual Wynwood Pride festival was once again featured across local, regional, and national Pride Month coverage. The 2023 edition garnered attention in Billboard, Out Magazine, NBC6 Miami, The Miami Herald, and more—helping amplify the event’s mission of visibility, unity, and celebration of queer excellence both on stage and in the streets of Miami.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Wynwood Pride continued to receive strong support from local leaders, with proclamations and public acknowledgments from city and county officials. Their presence reinforced the festival’s importance to Miami’s cultural and LGBTQ+ communities.
ATTENDANCE
Wynwood Pride 2023 spanned the entire month of June with events across multiple venues. Weekend 2, featuring Tinashe as headliner at Oasis Wynwood, drew thousands of attendees. In total, the festival welcomed over 10,000 guests throughout the month.
